Our new mixed case includes:

Brut Reserve No 8 – 2 bottles

No 8 is based on the wonderful Pinot year that is 2019. It was a cooler and longer ripening season than 2018 and gives this wine a more elegant and focussed structure. The pronounced Pinot character is already giving lovely toasty complexity which will continue to build over the next few years. Enjoy on release but will also reward further ageing.

Blanc de Blancs 2018 – 2 bottles

Sometimes it’s helpful to draw comparisons to previous releases. But as the vines get older and our vineyard and winemaking techniques evolve, then so do the wines. Our aim is to always to create wines of balance and purity that will stand the test of time. This wine for me is a noticeable step forward in that direction.

Rosé 2019 – 2 bottles

We create our Rosé with a focus on fruit expression and pleasure; combining a soft and approachable structure that balances enjoyment with enough complexity and intrigue to keep you coming back for more. A large part of our effort is focused on the red wine component that lends the colour, red fruit and vinous character to the wine. This 2019 Rosé has immense structure, texture and depth and at the time of writing feels like a coiled spring that’s ready to pop.
