3 Bottle Gift Set (Brut Reserve No.10, Pinot Noir Rosé 2021, Blanc de Noirs 2019)

Our new 3 bottle gift set includes:

Brut Reserve No 10 – 1 Bottle

Our multi-vintage blend uses fruit from all varieties and areas of our single vineyard to produce a wine that displays the unique qualities of the whole site. Using reserve wines, aged in oak, that have been carefully built up and nurtured from our very first harvest, we can add layers of complexity and texture to each wine. Every numbered release has it’s own identity and make up, which we love to celebrate. No 10 is based on 2021.

Pinot Noir Rosé 2021 – 1 Bottle

Fermented using natural ambient yeast in 500-litre oak puncheons, this wine has a similar bright pink/salmon colour as our normal Rosé but comes with a lovely dark cherry nose and some subtle spice from the oak. It has some real depth and intensity, as the pure Pinot gives the palate a lovely compact and dense middle that drives to a very long finish. It really shows the full spectrum of Pinots character with a lot of evolution left in the tank for those that can show patience. It would be great to be able to do this wine more often, if only we had more grapes.

Blanc de Noir 2019 – 1 Bottle

After the bold, broad, and almost brutish 2018 release, the 2019 is cut from a different cloth. A cooler and less abundant year suited the Pinot considerably better than the Chardonnay. 80% of this wine is fermented using natural wild yeast in a selection of different-sized oak barrels. It certainly has that signature Pinot intensity but is wrapped in an elegant and refined structure that is a hallmark of 2019. For those who remember 2015, this is very similar in structure and a wine that continues to develop a singular identity that makes it stand out from the crowd, no doubt our most complex wine to date.
