Our 5th vintage release of our ever-popular Rosé, this time from the truly exceptional year of 2018. The hottest and driest growing season for the last 30 years produced a ripe, abundant and disease free crop; the rare trifecta in grape growing terms. This weather translated into an easy life for a winemaker, pick when you want, and then just gently guide the wine through the process without having to do much at all. As a consequence we have an ‘easy’ wine, easy to make and consequently really easy to love. This 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier blend receives a 7% red Pinot Noir addition to add rich red fruits, and a beautiful colour. We ferment 30% in aged oak barrels to build that lovely signature texture and weight. Open and friendly on release it will continue to develop more complexity for many years to come.

Fermentation: 30% fermented in aged oak barriques/puncheons
Lees Ageing: Minimum 20 months
